Membership Club Terms
Buy one massage every 30 days and received the second one FREE. Join our membership club and each month you will get two massages for the cost of one. You will not have to fork out a huge amount of money all at once for those buy 5 massages and get the 6th one free. You will pay for one massage each month and you will get the second massage FREE! So even if you cannot make it in for the second massage, no loss, it is FREE! No hidden fees, what you see is what you get.
****Also, in joining the Indigo Blue Massage & Wellness Massage Club Membership, each client shall also receive 10% off all gift certificates, products and other services, plus no fee for canceling appointments at the last minute.
Client agrees to inform Indigo Blue Massage & Wellness when the credit card has expired or has been replaced with a new credit card. Should the credit card be declined, client agrees to pay the balance in full with some other form of payment.
Client agrees that contract cannot be canceled for six months from the date of signing. After that six-month period, client may cancel contract by giving Indigo Blue Massage & Wellness a 30-day written notice, signed and dated by client and a 100.00 early termination fee and the contract will be canceled. Massage sessions must be used for the month paid. Massage sessions do not roll over to the next month. If massage sessions are not redeemed, client agrees they will forfeit those sessions. There will be no reimbursement for forgotten or missed massage sessions. All services shall be performed at Indigo Blue Massage & Wellness studio, no out-calls. The sessions are to be used by the client who signs the contract and cannot be used by another individual. Contract cannot be redeemed for cash. Christie reserves the right to cancel this contract for any reason.
Client will be informed by Indigo Blue Massage & Wellness should this promotion be canceled or terminated for any reason with a 30 day written notice. Should any massage service be terminated after payment has been remitted to Indigo Blue Massage & Wellness, the client shall be reimbursed for that service only.
Contract will renew unless otherwise advised by the client.
